How do I get started?
- Don't be shy, say hi! Request an Intake Form.
- Wait 1-2 hours for a response.
- Once the Intake Form is submitted and payment is confirmed, I'll get started and keep you updated.
- After first draft is complete, I will send you the document(s) for your review.
- If you're happy with the first draft - great! If you want a revision, please provide details of what should be edited.
How long does it take?
Most services are completed within 1-4 business days, depending on the service selected.
How many revisions are included?
Unlimited revisions to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
Please note: Unlimited revisions are not allowed outside of the TAT requested at time of purchase.
What formats will I receive?
You'll receive your document in PDF and editable Word format.
Do I need to have something written already?
No. You can provide an existing document or simply your information - everything can be written from scratch.
When do I pay?
Payment is required before services begin.
What is your cancellation / refund policy?
Full refund if cancelled before work begins. Partial refund if cancelled after work begins.
What should I do when work begins?
Respond to any clarification requests (via Email or WhatsApp) and review drafts in a timely manner.
Do you guarantee interviews or jobs?
No. While results can't be guaranteed, every document is strategically written to improve clarity, confidence, and competitiveness. Job placement, interviews, or promotions are not guaranteed.

Yes. All resumes and cover letters are written with ATS compatibility in mind while still sounding natural and professional.
